This policy is designed to support fairness, clarity, and the integrity of the retreat field. Thank you for honoring the sacred rhythm of this offering.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your space.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 100% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, as accommodations, activities, and energetic preparations will have already been committed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your funds—minus the non-refundable $500 deposit—to a future retreat, either private or group-based, pending availability and energetic alignment.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
