This policy exists to support fairness, clarity, and the energetic integrity of the retreat field. Thank you for honoring the sacred rhythm of this offering.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit between $500 and $1,111 USD is required to secure your space (the exact amount is related to each retreat, in particular). This deposit supports early logistical commitments, energetic preparation, and the intentional holding of the retreat container.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
60 days or more before the retreat start date → 100% refund of all payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
30 to 59 days before the retreat start date → 50% refund of all payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Fewer than 30 days before the retreat start date → all payments made are non-refundable and may not be transferred, credited, or applied toward any future retreat, service, or experience.
At this stage, accommodations, activities, services, planning, and other retreat-related commitments have already been confirmed and funded based on each participant's reserved attendance.
Transfer of Funds
The option to transfer funds to a future retreat is available only for cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date.
When applicable, the participant may request that the eligible portion of funds already paid, always excluding the non-refundable deposit, be applied toward a future private or group retreat, subject to availability, timing, and alignment with the selected experience.
Transferred funds are valid for a maximum of one year from the original retreat start date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for fund transfers or future credit.
Alignment & mutual discernment
Retreats are held as intentional, energetically coherent containers. If, at any point prior to the retreat, the facilitators sense that the timing, expectations, or alignment no longer feel coherent, this will be communicated with respect and transparency. In this specific and rare circumstance —initiated by the facilitators— the full deposit will be returned. This is the only situation in which the deposit is refundable.
Travel protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.

Depósitos y Pagos
Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable de entre $500 y $1,111 USD para asegurar tu cupo (el monto exacto se relaciona a cada retiro, en particular). Este depósito cubre los compromisos logísticos iniciales, la preparación energética y la organización e intención del retiro.
Cancelaciones por parte del participante
60 días o más antes de la fecha de inicio del retiro → reembolso del 100% de todos los pagos realizados, excepto el depósito no reembolsable.
Entre 30 y 59 días antes de la fecha de inicio del retiro → reembolso del 50% de todos los pagos realizados, excepto el depósito no reembolsable.
Menos de 30 días antes de la fecha de inicio del retiro → todos los pagos realizados son no reembolsables y no podrán ser transferidos, acreditados ni aplicados a ningún retiro, servicio o experiencia futura.
Esto se debe a que, en esta etapa, los alojamientos, actividades, servicios, planificación y demás compromisos asociados al retiro ya han sido confirmados y financiados en función de la participación reservada.
Transferencia de fondos
La posibilidad de transferir fondos a un retiro futuro está disponible únicamente para cancelaciones realizadas con 30 días o más de anticipación a la fecha de inicio del retiro.
Cuando corresponda, el participante podrá solicitar que la parte elegible de los fondos abonados, excluyendo siempre el depósito no reembolsable, sea aplicada a un retiro futuro, privado o grupal, sujeto a disponibilidad, fechas y alineación con la experiencia seleccionada.
Los fondos transferidos tendrán una validez máxima de un año a partir de la fecha de inicio del retiro original.
Las cancelaciones realizadas dentro de los 30 días previos al retiro no califican para transferencia de fondos ni crédito futuro.
Alineación y discernimiento mutuo
Cada retiro es concebido como un espacio intencional y energéticamente coherente. Si, en cualquier momento previo al retiro, los facilitadores perciben que el momento elegido, las expectativas o la alineación ya no resultan coherentes, se comunicará dicha situación con respeto y transparencia. En esta circunstancia específica y poco habitual —iniciada por los facilitadores—, se reembolsará la totalidad del depósito. Esta es la única situación en la que el depósito es reembolsable.
Protección de viaje
Recomendamos encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje para proteger tu inversión ante imprevistos, tales como enfermedades, interrupciones en el viaje o emergencias personales.
